The knowledge work is grounded in active fieldwork. I project-manage a 3,000-firm research study of Indian family-owned businesses at London Business School with co-investigators at Harvard and MIT. The study examines governance, succession, strategy, resilience, and growth across economic cycles. Findings are not yet public — and the firewall between research participation and commercial knowledge work is strict — but the questions the study explores shape the case studies, insight papers, and narratives I co-produce with partners.

Document pivotal transformation stories with leadership teams — growth journeys, succession transitions, professionalisation, or purpose-led change. Outputs: business school–style case studies, public knowledge articles, or content series for thought leadership. Particular depth on Indian family businesses.
Deep Research and Insight Papers
Structured research on emerging questions in family-business strategy, governance, succession, and organisational behaviour. Deliverables: insight reports, policy briefs, discussion papers, or co-authored journal submissions — drawing on the LBS-Harvard-MIT research environment.
Knowledge Translation and Publication
Translate technical or operational work into clear, publishable narratives. Editorial and publication strategy — from structure and storytelling to data visualisation and dissemination across academic, practitioner, and media audiences.
Why Collaborate?
The work blends practitioner experience and research rigour: fieldwork at the LBS Family Business Research Initiative with Harvard and MIT, 15 years inside SAP, EdTech, and Indian family businesses, and academic exposure across ISB, Wharton, and Harvard. Published in Forbes and shaped by real operator contexts — designed to be both credible and usable.
